By accessing or using EBingwa services, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your institution. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the platform.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly. You must not abuse system access, attempt unauthorized data extraction, or upload harmful code.
3. Accounts and Security
Each account holder is responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under their account. Institutions should enforce role-based access and revoke access for departed staff promptly.
4. Service Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. Planned maintenance, upgrades, or third-party outages may affect service continuity.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EBingwa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including operational interruption or data-entry mistakes by users.
